As Charlie Chaplin once said, " A day without laughter is a day wasted", here are some of the things you'll know about how laughing can be helpful. Laughing with our hearts out can change our day as well as the mood of people surrounding us. Maybe we can make a person's day change by our positive approach towards life.
But from this I don't mean that it would be good of us to laugh on others loss or make fun of anyone in anyway just because it makes you laugh. All that we should do is not let our weaknesses and failures dominate our lives or stop us from reaching our goals. We all fail our targets regularly in a way or other, but this is not the end, the day we lose ourselves to these failures is the ultimate end. It takes a lot of time and application to become a perfectionist. No one is a born genius. There are always such phases in all of our lives where we want to escape and leave everything aside, and just yell about the difficulties that we've been facing throughout. At such times, we should not pretend to smile and laugh in front of the world, instead we should cry our throats out... But the only thing to keep in mind is that this wail should be there only between us and our souls. Our exhaustion should not be known to any other creature around. And once we are done crying, we should eventually try to forget the things that made us cry and never cry for the same reason again.
Each and every problem can be solved by laughing. We should just spare our time for things that make us happy and our hearts smile and eyes shine. The happiness that we get after laughing helps us in healing our mental wounds. Laughing everyday makes our bodies healthy and minds free. It increases our morale whenever we feel low. We should just be thankful for everything we have because we a better life than half of the people in this world. And there's not a single person in this world who has got a worry less life. Everyone has problems, its just that all of us treat it differently. The one who learns to have a positive attitude even towards the problems live their lives to a greater extend. A good, hearty laughter relaxes our whole body which is why it is believed that laughter is the best medicine.
So we should all take less stress, laugh a little more and be thankful for each and every moment in this beautiful life.
